The Blog

This blog is an accumulation of personal reflections, advice, poetry and wellness tips, inspired by experience, nature, philosophy, people, language, yoga, books and music. It charts my struggles with physical and mental health problems – chronic headaches, migraines, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, and anorexia.

I try to post at least once a week and only items with a positive message at the end. Writing is my way to untangle and make sense of the events, emotions, thoughts and experiences of my life. I don’t always have the solutions, but I try to offer love, hope and peace to everyone who is battling with health issues, trying to find themselves, and striving to live a happy, healthy life.
